Accident-property damage
Cottage San and Artcher roads
Deputy advised clear/negative on a crash report/parties agreed civilly to take care of it.

Breaking and entering
Cottonwood Road
An unknown female was at the neighbor's house messing with things in the yard/the neighbor is deceased but the husband and daughter of the deceased drove up and saw this woman taking things from the yard. Caller asked them if it was OK that she took items, they just shrugged their shoulders saying it was old stuff.

Suspicious vehicle
Cove and Rosedale roads
Deputy had contact with property owner.

Disturbance
Green Valley Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a named subject was threatening her.

Domestic disturbance
Ft Bayard and Mill Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised she wants LE to go and pick up her 16-year-old son because he is not listening to her/he is with other kids in front of Central Elementary School. Deputy advised out at Oak and Ft Bayard.

Welfare check
Kirkland and Whiskey Creek Airport roads
A male is lying in the roadway. Deputy advised dropping off the male at the Seasonal Overnight Shelter where he is going to stay the night.

Disturbance
Truck Bypass and Faith Road
Caller advised a male and a female on foot appear to be arguing. Called back advising they seem to be okay now. Deputy had negative contact.

Tuesday, May 3

Welfare check
Bennett Road – Cliff
Caller advised a caregiver and friend are at an 86-year-old's residence and are unable to gain access to his room and he isn't responding to them/believes he has been there since last night. Caller called back advising they were able to get into his room. He is not alert/is breathing/advised there is dried blood . . .

Criminal trespass
Rusty Dime Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised he is the caretaker of this property and a female is crossing the property/she was supposed to be issued a CTW. Deputy had contact with the residence.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 127 – Hurley
Caller advised a female was running into traffic and waving at cars. Deputy had negative contact.

Disturbance
Geronimo Street
Caller advised his tenant threatened to shoot him/caller does want him to leave the property/advised tenant texted him, "You're dead." Deputy out at a North Hurley Road address.

Welfare check
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller believes two males are harassing him. Deputy advised he is okay/walked the property as well.

Wednesday, May 4

Burglary
Top Hill Drive – Hurley
Caller advised her house was broken into and several items are missing/her doors are damaged/it was her neighbors that did this/she noticed them when she was pulling up to her house.

Unwanted subject
Filaree Road
Caller advised a named male was forcibly evicted from the property in March and now he is back on the property/caller wants him removed/he rode a bicycle to the property. Deputy advised male was visiting a friend/he does not have a CTW/everything is okay.

Unwanted subject
N. James Street – Santa Clara – 11:18 a.m.
Caller advised her son is throwing things in his room. Caller called back advising son left but wants an officer to see what he did/also wants a CTW issued/he also threatened her daughter.

Domestic disturbance
Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres
Male and female arguing/male poured gas on a black SUV/female is now driving away in this vehicle. Caller was instructed to call back if they return.

Harassment
Chukar Drive
Caller requested CTW for a named subject. Subject was issued CTW for the address/subject left on foot.

Unwanted subject
Hermana Street – Arenas Valley – 9:08 p.m.
Advised a neighbor used a crowbar to open her car door and they put something white in car. Deputy made contact with caller.

Hermana Street – Arenas Valley – 9:47 p.m.
Caller advised the officer we sent didn't do s**t for her and she is going to have to kick him(?). Caller wants the deputy back to issue indefinite CTWs on both and if the deputy does not go back she will shoot the subject in the head. Deputies out at a Hermana Street address to attempt to issue CTW.

Thursday, May 5

Criminal trespass warning
N. James Street – Santa Clara – 2:40 a.m.
Caller advised her son is at the house and she wants him issued a CTW/he is in his room now. Caller called back advising son left in a grey Toyota Camry saying "If LE pulled him over he would come get her." Deputy advised negative contact.

Highway 356 – MM 2
Removing deer from road.

Harassment
Ancheta Road – San Lorenzo
Caller advised a named female is harassing her/caller is supposed to testify against her/caller lives in California. Deputy made contact with caller.

Domestic disturbance
Tabor Drive
Caller advised wife is very irate accusing him of taking her car keys/she is now throwing things/she destroyed a lamp/he is not able to get away from her/she will not calm down. Deputy had contact with both/all verbal/nothing physical.

Welfare check
Summit Road
Caller from Las Cruces CYFD advised they received a report of one of the children, a 3 and a 4-year-old, having a black eye. Caller advised a deputy spoke to her advising they went to do a welcheck on the kids and the male at the . . .

Harassment
Rio de Arenas Road
Advised a named male is outside his trailer harassing him. Deputy had contact with caller over the phone.

Harassment
Highway 180 and Kirkland Road
A female in a black car was accusing them of following her and shooting at her. Santa Clara PD officer advised negative contact/deputy clear/going to ATL the vehicle.

Harassment
Hermana Street – Arenas Valley – 8:11 p.m.
Advised a named subject was threatening to kill her, her dogs, and burn something down/she was speeding down Hermana in a black Nissan. Deputy advised a named subject was issued an indefinite CTW for a Hermana Street address.

Accident-property damage
Highway 78 – MM 24.5
Elderly female struck an elk/negative on injuries/she was out of the vehicle walking/will need tow truck/vehicle is a Ford F250/radiator pushed in/off the roadway. Advised deer(?) is still alive.
